Pastor Solomon L. Whitman
- an Alabama Country boy – born to Pastor and Mrs. Sam Whitman, was raised on the family farm as the eldest of 7 siblings. He was taught to love God from his youth and that teaching took him throughout his years. He is a Vietnam war veteran, a father, grandfather, great grandfather and a servant of the Most High God. After Vietnam war experiences “back in the world” through a series of events, he met Jesus Christ while driving on a lonely Alabama Highway at 3:00 am. After this encounter, he was led to read Revelation chapter 4. Failing to understand what it meant, he began running to and fro in the bible and turned to Revelation 13. He still could not understand all these symbols “7 heads, 10 horns etc”. In his frustration exclaimed “God if you will let me understand what this means, I will tell everyone I see!” Through a series of events, shortly thereafter, the Lord revealed what the Beast, Horns, Heads, etc. meant through his word, the KJV Bible. Over the years the Lord has revealed to him what he asked and so much more. For 10 years he hosted a National Syndicated Talk Radio Program “The Bottom Line” which broadcasted weekly. The program covered subjects concerning present day truths, bible prophecy as revealed in God’s Word, what was, what is and what is to come.He has written several booklets and as pamphlets such :

Additionally, he is spending time weekly with a group on a conference line discussing topics on “Financial Freedom from Slavery and helping people to do just what God has required of us in the book of Revelation 18:4, which says “And I heard another voice from heaven saying, Come out of her, my people, that ye be not partakers of her sins, and that ye receive not of her plagues.” His purpose as Administrator of this Ministry is to prayerfully proclaim Present Truth to the world and fulfilling the promise he made to God., “(I will tell everyone I see”) Matthew 24:14 “And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations and then shall the end come.”Brief History
In the late 1970’s early 1980’s the Lord, through His great mercies and providential circumstances, brought several brethren together to share His last warning message to the world. The Three Angels Messages. (Rev14:6-12 KJV) Brother Mamon Wilson and I (Brother Solomon Whitman) were among these brethren, and we were paired by God and given a command to seek land in the country, purchase it and use it for the following purposes: -
1. Establish a training School – “outpost” 2. Work (Evangelize) the cities from the outpost but not live in the cities. 3. Raise up places of worship in the cities 4. Train the new members to do the same We worked with our hands laying bricks in the daytime and conducting Bible studies at night to raise funds for this venture. We worked with some other brothers such as Brother Wells, Boatwright, Johnson, and Brother James Smith all of whom had sacrificed the luxuries of city living, left comfortable beautiful city homes, lived in mobile homes with only bare necessities. We were completely devoted to spreading the Three Angels Messages in the cities from outpost in the country as commissioned by God through his servants the prophets. We had no monies, however we prayerfully and diligently sought out the land that God promised us. We were tremendously blessed with 60 acres of land, outside a small country town in Tennessee, which was paid for – Praise God! God always keeps His promise……. “your days shall be long upon the land which the Lord thy God giveth thee.” Exodus 20:12. God had truly given us that 60 acres of land. After we secured the property, Brother Mamon and I were directed by God to cover the expenses of moving the other brothers and their mobile homes from Alabama to the “Outpost” in Tennessee and were instructed to name the Outpost “A Quiet Place” And my people shall dwell in a peaceable habitation and in sure dwellings, and in quiet resting places. Isaiah 32:18 KJV. Brother Mamon was called to focus on the health aspect of the work, and he has committed his life, time and talents to the Lord as a Medical Missionary Physician, Educator and Counselor. I was called to proclaim the Gospel, particularly to the Gentiles and have devoted my life, time and talents as a Pastor, Evangelist, Instructor and Counselor to this day. To God be all the Glory great things He has done. From this humble beginning and humble Institute God has allowed thousands of students all over the world, ages 16 and upward to be trained according to his plan. With the Bible as their textbook and nature as their classroom, they were taught how to sustain themselves by learning practical trades, tilling the ground to produce food on their property, drinking water from their own wells and learning to be still and know that God the Creator is the only God. Many bodies of believers were raised up in places such as Alabama, Georgia, St Louis Missouri, Louisiana, Tennessee, California, St Croix, Germany, London, The Netherlands, just to name a few. Brother Mamon and I thank God and all the brothers and sisters, men, women and children that have had vital roles and contributed to the Spirit and Life of this Body. A Quiet Place Institute.
